Lakus is a custom-made application that supports coordinationd and control of commercial management in potable water system organisms. Lakus also automates the commercial management process and deliver critical information for decision making.
Web Titulacion (Degree Process System)
Web Titulacion system automates the process of receiving a degree for ITSON students, reducing errors produced by human interaction in the emission of official documents, integrating, guiding and improving the communication between the different actors of the process in an unique web application.
Municipality Collection System

The Municipality Collection System allows the collection of several taxes in Cajeme municipality, optimizing processes in Dirección de Ingresos and saving citizen's time in his proceedings.
SAC, Commercial Management System

SAC makes a better control of water consum, and the rest of service-related costs for water managing organisms. Its innovator billing process allows an excellent income management. SAC offers several types of client portfolio analysis, wich leads to more predictable results in consum periods.
SAC's reporting module accelerate the organism/company operations and lowers waiting time for customers.
SAETI 2
SAETI 2 is the e-learning platform of ITSON.
It was born as a part of the Virtual University project of the Institute, looking for support in distance education, Continuous Education courses, faculty training and also to extend ITSON's reach and educational offer.
ITSON, with SAETI 2 is trying also to attend different markets and to obtain worldwide presence.
File Management and Digitalization System
System built in ASP.NET with an SQL Server 2000 database.
The File Management and Digitalization System supports user by providing a database with digitalized personnel and accounting files. The benefit of this system is to facilitate file retrieval, reduce work and minimize physical file damage.
Knowledge Management System
This system facilitates storage, use and application of tacit and explicit information pertaining to the members of the institutional community, maximizing the use of saved data, increasing the capabilities of the users that interact with the application and improving decision making processes.
The first phase of the project includes the creation of "knowledge villages" and the publishing of knowledge objects to be used by the villages and the ITSON's internal community.
Strategic, Tactic and Operative Information System (SIE)
System developed in Cognos Metrics Manager with an SQL Server 2000 database.
A system through which executives can observe how their actions and decisions affect a strategy, by means of special indicators, follow ups and control.
Performance Indicators System
System developed in Cognos Power Play Transformer with an SQL Server 2000 database and Data warehouse focus.
This tool provides support to the strategic planning model that allows the monitoring of goal and objective performance indicators.
Contracts and Commissions Management System
System developed in .NET with an SQL Server 2000 database.
Automates elements of the company's chain of value, while controlling commissions, support, authorizations, contract generation, inventory and statistics, among others.
Library Information System
